This is Butter.

He's the "yellow dog" in Yellow Dog Bakery. Stop by our office anytime, and you'll find anywhere from one to five dogs hanging around — lounging on the couch, nosing around the office, or waiting (im)patiently for treats from our pet loving USPS driver!

We love our dogs...

...and naturally, we wanted to find a way to combine our love for dogs with our passion for bread. We donate a portion of our proceeds to local non-profits like Athenspets and national groups like Pilots N Paws.

Athenspets works to reduce pet overpopulation in the Athens (GA) area through its community spay & neuter program and helps needy shelter animals find rescue placements and forever homes.

Pilots N Paws provides transport services for rescues in the Southeastern US where stray overpopulation is endemic. These animals are then flown to the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast where they are adopted into loving households.

If you like what we do, you can support us by buying our products at your local Earth Fare.
